Food Truck Team Member
Position Overview: The Food Truck Operator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile juice bar business, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from staff scheduling and inventory management to event logistics and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and values flexibility, gets to use their creativity and has ownership in their role. Key Responsibilities: Partners with owner on scheduling, planning, and execution of events and service locations Coordinate and supervise logistics including truck setup, breakdown, and transportation Maintain all operational systems, ensuring equipment, supplies, and inventory are ready and functioning Review weekly staff schedules and event assignments Lead pre-event briefings and post-event recaps Track, order, and pick up and deliver product ingredients, packaging, and supplies Monitor inventory to reduce waste and optimize cost Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and health code standards are met or exceeded Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and event coordination Greet customers, take customer orders, share promotional information with customers Resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset Qualifications: 1+ years education |experience in restaurant management, hospitality, food service, or event production Experience guiding teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to events Serve Safe Certificate | Food Managers Permit Passion for wellness, community, and customer service More detail about Joyful Drink Experience, please visit
