Quality Acceptance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead acceptance and operational activities across on-site and remote location. This role is responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, safety, quality compliance, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and performance goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily acceptance/testing and operational activities Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and quality Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees; manage performance and discipline Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and non-conforming product procedures Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Customers to resolve issues and defects Track labor hours, manage manpower budgets, and submit required reports Oversee test equipment needs and calibration compliance Maintain accurate documentation and records Enforce housekeeping and safety standards at all sites Travel to and support remote work locations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, quality, warranty, production, or engineering environments Associate’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers and reporting systems Safety-focused with sound judgment Ability to lift/pull up to 40 lbs Strong customer service and team-building skills Willingness to travel and work at remote site If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving team performance, apply today.
