This is a full-time, first-shift position working 4-5 days per week. If you're seeking a flexible opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections Ensure products meet quality and specification standardsVerify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specificationsConfirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defectsInterpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformancesPeriodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedulesMaintain equipment and keep the work area organizedRequired Qualifications:Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methodsFamiliar with IPC-A-620 standardsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fieldsAbility to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring componentsProficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineeringPreferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness InspectorNote: SQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
