Project Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction estimation including project manager collaboration and plan reading. They will have a strong set of soft skills including communication, organization, and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Send out invitations to bid (ITBs) to subcontractorsReview and interpret construction drawings and project documentsDistribute information to appropriate trades and vendorsOrganize and manage bid documentationPrepare and assemble detailed project estimatesEvaluate subcontractor proposals and pricingCollaborate with PMs and internal teams throughout the estimating processQualifications:3+ years of project estimation experience (construction, civil engineering, specialty contracting etc)Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel +++Organization/Detail Oriented very important...10-12 jobs at any given timeEnergy, professionalism, and team player mentality are important hereClean resume with limited movement
