As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Attorney to join our team and grow into a leadership role overseeing multiple offices.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling residential real estate closings, with some exposure to commercial transactions. This role will initially focus on managing a high-volume closing practice in our Kennesaw office, with a clear path to leadership and oversight of multiple office locations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee residential real estate closings from contract to post-closingReview title, resolve title issues, and ensure compliance with Georgia real estate lawsConduct and supervise closings, ensuring a smooth and professional client experienceHandle select commercial real estate transactions, including review and coordinationBuild and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and referral partnersCollaborate with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and client service deliveryMentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and closing staffContribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the firm's real estate practiceQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in GeorgiaMinimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate closingsExperience with commercial real estate transactions preferredStrong understanding of title, escrow, and closing procedures in GeorgiaExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environmentInterest in leadership and practice growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus structure tied to closings and business developmentLeadership track with increased compensation tied to office oversightHealth benefits and paid time offProfessional development and growth opportunitiesWhy Join Perigon?This is more than a closing attorney role.
