Title: SmartCOMM Development LeadWe are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Development Lead to join our team on a contract basis.Lead SmartCOMM configuration & development (templates, shared content, XPath, rules)Drive end-to-end delivery – design, build, testing & production readinessPerform impact analysis & support large-scale template updatesCollaborate with onshore/offshore teams & ensure quality deliverablesRequired:8–10+ years of SmartCOMM experience in enterprise CCMStrong expertise in templates, rules, XPath & integrations (JSON/XML)Experience with CCM migrations & core system integrationsNice to have: Insurance domain, SmartCOMM Cloud, go-live support
