Duties and Responsibilities:Meeting annual schedulesMeeting project budgetMeet quality standards set by employerCreate a level 10 customer experienceHelp refine and grow the program overtimeUnderstand what our client is trying to accomplish and why. This is the core of the ultimate deliverable and will guide your decisions through the project.Fulfill employer's promises to the client as embodied in our contract. These promises include, but are not limited to:Performing the work as described in the contract and plansPerforming the work to employer's standardsPerforming the work on schedule and in the timeframe promised. Doing so in a manner that leads to a client being happy with both our work and the way we go about our workCommunicate changes to scope, budget updates, and schedule adjustments to clientsDocument all conversations in writing to support clear communicationsSet realistic expectations with clientsCapture notes from site visits and share with required partiesProvide estimates for repairs and small projectsAdditional responsibilities as needed.About the Company: Mark Franko Custom Building brings more than 36 years of experience in new construction, renovation work, and home maintenance.
