And throughout your career here, you’ll have the chance to directly shape the foundation for what's next in our industry.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Air Solutions to own product strategy and execution for air-based cooling solutions supporting data centers and other mission-critical environments. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of air solutions products, including CRAHs, Fan Walls, Hot Aisle Containment Cooling (HACC) units, and ceiling hung units, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and roadmap for MAS HVAC’s air solutions portfolio, including CRAHs, Fan Walls, HACC units, and ceiling hung unitsLead market analysis focused on data center and mission-critical air-side cooling requirementsTranslate customer, consultant, contractor, and end-user needs into clear product requirements and specificationsGuide new product development from concept through launch, including performance targets, cost, manufacturability, and scalabilityPartner with engineering to prioritize development efforts and manage technical and commercial tradeoffs across standard and configurable productsSupport sales and applications teams with product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing technical value propositionsMonitor product performance, margins, and adoption across target markets and recommend lifecycle actions as neededServe as the internal product owner for air solutions, including customer engagement, portfolio planning, and cross-functional alignmentRequiredQualifications & Requirements:3-5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience owning complex, engineered products end-to-endStrong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle executionExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and applications teamsAbility to quickly learn and apply new technical domains, including air-side cooling systems and mission-critical applicationsStrong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skillsPreferredBachelor of Science in Mechanical EngineeringExperience with data center cooling, precision air handling, or mission-critical HVAC systemsExposure to CRAHs, Fan Walls, containment-based cooling strategies, or ceiling hung unit applicationsBackground supporting engineered-to-order or configurable product platformsExperience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise data center, or other mission-critical customersBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental plansShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGroup term life insurance coverageHSA, FSA, and Dependent Care plans available8 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, and generous PTO policy401k matchingCompany paid eventsAnnual safety shoe allowanceEducation assistance programEEO StatementMAS HVAC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
