Job Summary Our close knit team is looking to expand in order to better serve our customers. We are looking for a capable, dedicated worker willing to learn and able to implement our service standards. Our company has been in business for 8+ years. We have several established routes and we are looking to grow so this part-time opportunity has room for growth into full time Duties Test and balance pool water weekly. Skim and scoop weekly, brush or vacuum pool weekly, clear skimmer baskets and do a quick visual check of pool equipment weekly to report anything off. Use our phone app Skimmer to document and record your weekly service ad chemical readings/dosages to be emailed to the customer. Be expected to communicate any issues or concerns of the customers to the office staff as well as maintaining an open line of communication in a work group text chat Safely handle chemicals to protect yourself, the customer's pool and property, and the condition of your work truck. Keep a set schedule for optimal service flow; you will have a mostly unvaried week to week schedule with minor adjustments made to the routes should the need arise. You will be expected to be starting work between 6:30am-8am. Be able to lift up to 50lbs for a short period of time and be able to purchase and reload chemicals onto the truck to keep up your chemical stock. Attend a company catered monthly meeting in order to wash the company trucks and openly discuss any goings on or concerns in the business or about clients. Experience Prior experience as a pool tech or performing pool maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Willingness to learn and apply Our service plans and standards Familiarity with pool plumbing systems and water treatment would be a bonus however we will expect you to familiarize yourself with the systems and ask questions to better your understanding Mistakes happen but we will expect any issues to be immediately reported so we can work on a solution together to resolve the issue. A clean driving record is necessary as you will be insured under our commercial auto policy to drive our vehicles. We do want someone with a working understanding of English, bilingual is a perk.
