Control Room Operator

DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Monitor and optimize production from a centralized control roomSupport and execute iOF/iOC workflows and daily optimization processesParticipate in daily production and operations meetingsDevelop and validate daily recovery and production plansGenerate work notifications and material requestsManage intelligent alerts, forecasting, and production data trendsMonitor and optimize artificial lift systems (plunger lift, gas lift, rod pump, etc.)Track production losses and support monthly validation (LRP/LPRS)Coordinate oil trucking, well unloading, and chemical treatmentsAssist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issuesInterface with engineering teams for data gathering and analysisMonitor facilities including trunk lines, stabilization units, and central production sitesMaintain system updates and documentation (WellView, Avocet, etc.)Support cost control efforts and OPEX targetsEnsure compliance with all HSE and regulatory requirementsRequirements5-7+ years of oil and gas production or operations experienceExperience working in or supporting a control room / operations center environmentStrong understanding of production optimization and artificial lift systemsFamiliarity with systems such as WellView, Avocet, or similarAbility to analyze data and make real-time operational decisionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and coordination across teamsAbility to operate independently and support broader operational strategyCommitment to safety and regulatory compliance
