Salon Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations and lead our team to success. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service - Provide leadership and guidance to salon staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment - Oversee salon sales and ensure revenue targets are met - Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records - Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting - Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors - Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment - Implement organizational strategies to optimize salon efficiency - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Proven experience in team management within a salon or retail environment - Strong understanding of payroll processes and financial management - Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth - Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Experience in stock management and inventory control - Previous experience in store management is advantageous Join our team as a Salon Manager and lead our salon to new heights of success!
