Customer Service Supervisor Job Description: The Customer Service Supervisor is a leadership Position that works Alongside the Manager to Provide a Fun, Safe Environment for all Employees and Guests. You are responsible for maintaining a clean and operational workspace, they are the first point of contact for All guests and must ensure that each guest enjoys an outstanding experience by creating a warm and friendly environment that leaves a lasting impression on our customers. all T. Bs are paid $15.00 an hour Plus tips These requirements / functions may change throughout employment. Key responsibilities include: ⦁Greet/ Check-in all incoming customer - overseeing and making sure all waivers are completed properly - create and manage all bookings properly ⦁Manage all checks - Keep track of all open tabs - Close out all open checks and tabs ⦁Assist Employees as Needed - Behind bar with drinks and any restocking need - Checking in groups ⦁Preparing Lanes (changing boards, watering board, axe maintenance) ⦁Help maintain a clean, organized camp sweep, mop, clean restrooms, wipe tables, throw trash, throw wood bin, ⦁Post on social media ⦁provide photos for social media ⦁Restock store and do inventory when needed ⦁Run groups ⦁Assist and pick up shifts when on call ⦁Count Cash and Provide Manager with Cash made that day ⦁close store down (locking all fridge doors turning off all lights, locking back door, turning off all electronics) - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations Skills: - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
