Assemblers

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Assemblers on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling components and ensuring products meet high standards of quality. Pay: Starting at $15/hr Responsibilities: Perform assembly duties according to established procedures and guidelines. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble parts. Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams. Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical assembly. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Work Environment: Climate-controlled and clean manufacturing facility. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift hours with opportunities for overtime.
