Position: Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Radnor, PAPay: $31.00 / HourEmployment Type: Contract to HireBenefits: This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K).Position Summary:Our client is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to help manage and resolve past-due accounts while delivering excellent service to internal teams and external partners. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and collaborating across departments, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of moderately complex to high-risk past-due accounts, driving timely resolutionPartner with vendors and purchasing teams to reconcile invoices, payments, and discrepanciesCommunicate with dealer accounts to identify payment issues and provide solutionsMonitor account activity and escalate unusual or high-risk situations as neededProcess daily EFT files and accurately post paymentsSupport cash balancing and reconciliation activitiesManage dealer offboarding, including account reconciliation and coordination with partnersOversee credit hold accounts and help facilitate resolution for releaseTrain and support new and existing team membersAct as a go-to expert for Accounts Receivable systems and processesAssist with process improvements and step in as backup to the AR Manager when neededQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred3–5 years of Accounts Receivable or related experienceStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas)Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsComfort working with numbers and financial dataAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
