We're excited to expand into the Tulsa market and are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Loader Operator to join our new Tulsa team. Pay $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with overtime opportunities available. Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader to maintain aggregate stockpiles and feed plant bins. Load customer trucks and maintain proper inventory levels. Keep stockpiles organized while preventing material contamination. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Complete basic preventive maintenance and routine equipment care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general plant operations as needed. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Work closely with plant personnel and drivers to keep production running efficiently. Qualifications 1–2 years of front-end loader or heavy equipment operating experience preferred. Experience in a ready mix, aggregate, quarry, asphalt, or construction environment is a plus. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak construction season. Benefits Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
