As part of this commitment, we offer:100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipend401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and moreRESPONSIBILITIES:Unloads and loads trucks in a safe and timely manner to serve our customersPlans supply and material requirements by studying production schedule, scheduling deliveries to production areaRetrieves supplies and materials by studying specifications; locating and verifying supplies and materials; secures pallets on truck; moves pallet to production locationMaintains inventory in production area by anticipating and tracking usage. Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.Clears production area by securing and moving finished pallets and moving empty palletsDocuments actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and finished goodsMaintains safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with safety / legal regulations.Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesInteracts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadershipAccomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by managementCompliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPAK's policies and proceduresEstablishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivityRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the jobPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma required.At least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environmentForklift Certification requiredMust be able to pass a company-administered forklift training and evaluation in accordance with OSHA standards.Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized ForkliftAbility to navigate within a WMS systemMust have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift, (electrical or Propane)Ability to operate or learn to operate:Sit-down and stand-up forkliftsPallet jacksReach trucks and other material handling equipment.Knowledge of loading/unloading, staging, and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) preferredAbility to complete basic paperwork or use handheld scanners/inventory systems.Basic math and reading skills to follow instructions and count products.Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.OUR VALUESOur company's culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
