In this position, the Engagement Leader coordinates discovery sessions, gathers requirements, and translates client objectives into actionable roadmaps and deliverables. The role involves planning and leading regular status meetings, setting expectations, tracking progress against milestones, and proactively addressing risks or issues. The Engagement Leader collaborates with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, design, and operations to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely delivery. This role also analyzes engagement performance, prepares clear reports and presentations, and recommends improvements to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall value.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, or account management, preferably in a technology or digital services environment.Strong skills in project or program coordination, including planning, prioritization, and tracking of deliverables across multiple workstreams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts in a professional, collaborative manner.Comfort working in a remote, distributed team using digital collaboration tools (such as video conferencing, shared workspaces, and project management platforms).Analytical mindset with experience using data or metrics to evaluate engagement health, identify trends, and inform recommendations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with agile or iterative delivery methods is beneficial.Background working with diverse teams and a commitment to inclusive, respectful collaboration.
