Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.Responsibilities:Selling and accurately looking up the large portfolio of parts we offer to customers over the counter and providing necessary parts to the service department and placing special orders.While supplying customers with timely, and accurate information regarding accounts products rates and services offeredProvide excellent customer service over the phone and in person with customers parts needs.Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with customers on pick-up or delivery statusLocating and obtaining merchandise for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked merchandiseMaintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to SupervisorAssists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays, keeping showroom shelves stocked and organized.Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyRoutinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.Experience:Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)PBE will provide in house training to build necessary skills and continuing education.Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityContact Information :Interested applicants with questions can contact us at: employment@pbequip.comCompany DescriptionWe started as a small, barn-based repair and welding service in Parker, Colorado in 1977, and blossomed into Potestio Brothers Equipment, Inc.
