pstrongMesilla Valley Transportation is hiring an Equipment Control Coordinator II in El Paso, TX!/strong/ppThe strongEquipment Control Coordinator II/strong is responsible for maintaining the Transportation Management System (TMS) and performing quality control functions to ensure accuracy and cost-effective operations./ppstrong/strong/ppIf you:/pulliAre detail-oriented and work thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance/liliTake pride in being a cooperative and supportive member of the team/liliDrive yourself and your peers to a high level of accountability/liliChallenge yourself to consistently exceed your teams goals/li/ulpThis is the role for YOU!/ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliWork with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered./liliAccurately enter and maintain operational data within the Transportation Management System (TMS)./liliTrack trucks and maintain all the necessary reports to communicate to departments including other departments across company./liliPerform daily audits of fleet divisions with no discrepancies./liliMaintain daily and accurate inventory of tablets./liliInspect all trucks for damage and cleanliness./li/ululliPrepare trucks for all drivers that are presentable and up to company standards./liliPerform light detailing of trucks as needed./li/ululliSafely shuttle bobtail trucks within the yard to designated locations as required./liliMaximize resource utilization to support efficient fleet operations./liliMonitor and respond to emails and internal communications in a timely and professional manner./li/ul Pay Range: 17.50-18.50 per_hour, General Benefits:RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesTransportation
