The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, maintains excellent boundaries, and is committed to trauma-informed care.Responsibilities include:• Client monitoring & safety checks• Documenting observations and interactions• Communicating effectively with clinical staffRequirements:Experience in behavioral health, recovery, residential treatment, or related settings preferred.
