Automotive Lube Technician

LUBE TECHNICIAN The Lube Technician is an entry-level automotive service role responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer vehicles are properly maintained and in identifying potential maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role offers hands-on experience in an automotive service environment with opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement within the shop. Responsibilities Perform basic vehicle maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, various fluid flushes) Perform a vehicle multi-point inspection to ensure the proper operation of a vehicle and the safety of the customer (Check fluids, filters, battery test, tires, suspension components, and the overall integrity of the vehicle) Perform a video multi-point inspection Fill out a vehicle multi-point inspection form, that includes multi-media attachments Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure proper handling of a customer's vehicle Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment Ensure the company's core values are met with fellow employees and customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license.
