Orchestrate cross functional work across Product/Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Client Success to ensure a clean transition into steady state with measurable time-to-value and adoption.ResponsibilitiesClient Implementation & Onboarding Lead end-to-end client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.Develop customized implementation plans based on client requirements, business processes, and success metrics.Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.Guide clients through configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.Project Management Build and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and documentation.Coordinate cross-functional resources (engineering, product, and operations) to meet project deliverables.Monitor risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; escalate and mitigate as needed.Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project status, goals, and next steps.Technical & Data Readiness Translate business rules into data requirements (file layouts, API specs, mappings); coordinate ETL configuration with Engineering and vendors; validate entuned data flows.Client Partnership & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase.Maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.Ensure a smooth handoff to Client Success Managers after implementation completion.Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance implementation workflows, tools, and best practices.Develop playbooks, documentation, and templates to drive consistency and scalability.Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback on product improvements.Skills & QualificationsRequired 5+ years of project management, implementation, onboarding, or consulting experience.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.Experience using project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).Preferred AttributesExperience working in SaaS, HR tech, operations, or related fields.PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.Background partnering with Client Success, Support, or Sales teams.Experience coordinating integrations, data migrations, or API-based products.What we offer:Free gym membershipModern officeAnnual merit-based salary increases401(k) with annual company matchMedical - RIS Rx covers 100% of the employee's base HMO medical planVoluntary Dental, Vision & Life InsuranceFlexible Savings Account (FSA)Paid HolidaysTime off that grows with you:3 weeks PTO 0-2 years4 weeks PTO after 3+ years5 weeks PTO after 5+ yearsRecognition programs that celebrate impact and resultsMentorship and coaching opportunitiesClear growth paths and career development supportFully stocked snack kitchenCompany-paid lunches
