Key duties include developing curriculums andtraining materials to consistently meet training objectives. The role works with subject matter experts,instructors and educational partners to create and deploy coursework thatadheres to the overall training and development strategy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to reflectand consistently adjust coursework to meet the needs of the business. The ability to identify skill gaps and selectthe appropriate training method to grow employee performance is a must forsuccess in this role. The right InstructionalDesigner will have facilitation experience and the ability to deliver contentto a wide range of audiences.
