Automotive Store Manager

Job Description This job will be located in Feasterville, PA Store Located: United Tire & Service We are seeking a Automotive Service Manager with high customer service skills to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the service team along with 1 other manager in a high-volume, service-driven business. Making sure the store runs efficiently and is up to company standards. Responsibilities: Exceptional customer service skills are our first priority. Supervise service team of workers Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications: Previous automotive service experience is a must, customer service, and strong communication skills are essential.
