Behavior Interventionist, School Services

This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and starts at $24/hr. Candidates must have a high school diploma; experience working with students, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, is preferred. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are valued. Key skills include receptiveness to feedback, strong communication, reliability, organization, time management, and basic technology proficiency. The Interventionist provides direct services to students with autism, implementing behavioral programs under supervision. Responsibilities include supporting classroom activities, delivering one-on-one interventions, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to policies. The position requires traveling 20-40 miles to assigned school sites and working school hours. The goal is to help children thrive through evidence-based ABA strategies while fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.
