Mgr - Maintenance EM

SUMMARY: Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.Position ResponsibilitiesManagesmaintenance departmentsafety and housekeepingtasks.Participates in customer qualityimprovements.Manages relationship withthelandlord andfacilitatesbuilding upkeep within leaseparameters.Facilitatesupkeep of facility interior and exterior to promote a positive environment for employees andvisitors.Manages DC housekeeping tasks and holds team accountable for a clean, safeenvironment.Owns PMprocessand ensures that all are performed to network standardsforboth internal and external work.Manages the contractual relationship with the DC guard serviceas well asthescheduling of onsite guards.Point of contact for debris management at DCOwn responsibilityforsite security systems (Camera system, badge access systems, etc.)Participate in site security audits with Corporate Security.Own responsibilityforFixed-Asset Register, communicate with accounting and finance, & be heavily involved with Fixed-Asset Audits.Manage, coach, and develop facilityteam. Developstandard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenanceforconveyor, building, HVAC,and electrical systems.Assistwith managing 3rd party building, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical contractors conducting service, repair, and new contractwork.Knowledgeable ofPLCs, conveyors, &high-voltageelectricity. Position RequirementsHigh School Diplomarequired; minimumof2 - 3years of people and warehouse leadership experience, college degreepreferred.Experience in afast-paced,high-volumedistribution environment.Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills.Must be flexible, organized,detail-oriented, and a change agent with the ability to multi-task.Must be able to wear protective eyewear, footwear, hand protection (gloves)and safetyvests.
