Security And Transportation Officer Craguns Resort on Gull Lake is looking for personable, mature, detail-oriented, and independent individuals to join our guest experience team as a Security and Transportation Officer!A successful candidate in this position holds high responsibility for the safety of our guests and facilities, while ensuring a good time is being had by all. Our Security and Transportation Officers spend a lot of time interacting with guests, answering questions, assisting with any needs guests may have, and transporting them to their activities. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for great customer service and a high priority for safety!Requirements include securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; large focus on running shuttles for golfers, groups, special events, etc.; greet and identify visitors; prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers; control traffic by directing drivers; complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures; maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements; answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions and provide information during non-business hours or when front desk is not available; monitor all cabins, buildings, and systems; de-escalate situations in a friendly and professional manner; work in other 'Guest Experience' departments as needed (ie., front desk, marina, housekeeping, and conference services).Requirements include the ability to pass a background check; a valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required; excellent verbal communication skills; extremely organized, personable, and enthusiastic; customer service background a plus; must be 18 years or older; ability to work a flexible schedule; full-time and part-time available; $16-$22/hr based on experience.Come join the Lakes Area home for great friends, family, and having fun!
