System Administrator
Job DescriptionWe are searching for an experienced System Administrator with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) expertise to support a Sacramento area organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys supporting enterprise level systems that drive organizational success.The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and support. This position works closely with internal teams to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.• 3 month contract to assist with System Implementation | Full-Time | Onsite • Salary: $55.00 to $70.00/Hour (DOE)Key Responsibilities• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, workflows, security roles, and integrations.• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments.• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within D365, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.• Support system upgrades, patches, and release cycles.• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.• Provide Tier 2-3 technical support and resolve escalated incidents.• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity processes.• Assist with integrations involving Azure services, APIs, and third party applications.• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications • Brings 3-5+ years of System Administration experience, including hands on support and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or Business Central).• Demonstrates strong technical proficiency with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.• Experienced in system monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and maintaining secure, reliable infrastructure across hybrid or cloud environments.• Skilled in working with SQL, data migration tools, integration frameworks, and supporting ERP/CRM systems in multi site organizations.• Offers practical knowledge of D365 customization, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI to enhance system functionality.• Known for strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
