We’re looking for a dependable Field Support Driver (Parts Runner) to support our crews by delivering parts, tools, and materials across job sites, suppliers, and our shop. If you like staying busy, working independently, and being a key part of a hardworking team, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials between suppliers, job sites, and our shop Communicate with field crews and vendors to confirm needs and timelines Inspect parts upon pickup to ensure accuracy and quality Load/unload materials and assist with organizing shop/warehouse inventory Perform basic vehicle checks (cleanliness, fuel, inspections) Maintain awareness around heavy equipment and active job sites Support field, shop, and office operations as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong time-management and organizational skills Clear communication and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Preferred: Experience in construction, excavation, or parts handling Requirements Clean driving record Ability to obtain a DOT physical and a Chauffeur license High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Frequent driving with repeated entry/exit of vehicle Lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally) Sitting, standing, walking, throughout the day Work indoors and outdoors in varying Michigan weather conditions Ability to safely navigate active construction sites Wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, high-vis, etc.) What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision (after 60 days) Supplemental insurance options (life, STD, LTD, etc.) 401(k) with up to 4% company match (after 6 months) Paid time off & holidays Why Lester Brothers?
