The Senior Account Manager will handle day-to-day client relationships, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing client performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The Senior Account Manager will conduct regular client meetings, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure adherence to client-specific goals and compliance needs.QualificationsStrong account management, client relationship management, and project management skillsProficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and making data-driven recommendationsExperience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management (PBM), or a related field is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related disciplineFlexibility to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ and meet client needs proactively
