Find your future with us.**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a First Line Manufacturing Manager to support the F/A-18 Forward Install team in Berkeley, MO.**Position Responsibilities:**+ Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.+ Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.****The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**· 3+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment· 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role· 3+ years' experience working with or supporting military aircraft**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**· Bachelor's degree or higher· Experience with LEAN and 5S activities· Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees**Conflict of Interest:**Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process**Drug Free Workplace:**Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._**Additional Information:**· This position requires travel up to 10%**Shift:**· This position is for 1st shift.
