Salesforce DevOps Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to support development, testing, and deployment by automating CI/CD pipelines and workflows, managing version control (e.g., Git), and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce environments. You will manage pipeline security and support end-to-end releases across multiple Salesforce orgs, working closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders on weekly, 3-week, and project-based release cycles. You will also be responsible for back-promoting changes across lower-level orgs to keep all environments in sync.
As the Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you'll bridge development and IT operations to enable faster, safer releases using tools like Copado or Gearset, manage metadata, enforce best practices, and ensure environment synchronization — while mentoring project team members as needed.
