Senior Data Scientist - Bioinformatics

Role DescriptionDinamo Biotechnologies seeks exceptional candidates with expertise in data science and machine learning within the field of bioinformatics. This position encompasses the development of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies. This is a 100% hands-on, full-time, on-site role located at our laboratory in San Carlos, CA. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.Minimum RequirementsA Ph.D. or Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a closely related discipline.A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning with high-dimensional 'omics data.Demonstrated contributions to the field through publications, patents, or commercial products utilizing machine learning applications.Required ProficienciesProficiency in bioinformatics analysis for 'omics, liquid biopsy and / or immunology.Expertise and fluency in data science and machine learning utilizing Python.Advanced programming skills in Python.
