Residential Construction Project ManagerThoughtformsJob Type: Full-timePosition OverviewThoughtforms is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and communication across clients, design teams, and subcontractors.The Project Manager works closely with the Construction Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentationMonitor project costs and identify opportunities to maintain budget targetsSolicit bids, award subcontracts, and review subcontractor invoicesLead regular project meetings with clients, architects, and project partnersTrack progress and provide updates to clients and internal teamsIdentify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on trackReview plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team membersRequired QualificationsExperience managing residential construction projectsStrong financial management and budgeting experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage/Timberline or similar)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related fieldProfessional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, PHIUS)Relevant state construction supervisor license (if applicable)Work ScheduleFull-time, Monday to FridayAdditional hours may be required based on project timelinesCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $80,000 to $130,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coveragePaid time off (PTO) and holidays401(k) with profit sharingWork EnvironmentCombination of on-site project work and office coordinationRegular interaction with clients, subcontractors, and design professionalsJ-18808-Ljbffr
