This role partners closely with the Sales Director and focuses on new customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow market shareConduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing customersTrain and support distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales performanceManage sales orders accurately and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and other key stakeholdersMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategiesRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetingsResolve customer issues proactively and professionallyMaintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular sales reportsQualifications1–2 years of sales experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to applyExperience with PVC pipes, fittings, or construction-related products is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearlyCustomer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territoryProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeSalaryBase from 72,000$ + Commssion
