HR ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead recruitment and human resources operations. This role is critical in attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified professionals who provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to individuals. The HR Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations specific to DDD services.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), case managers, nurses, and administrative staffDevelop recruitment strategies to address high-volume positionsWork with operations to understand the hiring needs and hire accordinglyBuild connections through community outreach, job fairs, and schoolsOnboarding & ComplianceOversee onboarding processes, including background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verificationEnsure compliance with DDD regulations, and state licensing standardsMaintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of required documentationHR OperationsDevelop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standardsSupport employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance managementMonitor turnover and implement retention strategies, particularly for frontline staffCollaborate with leadership on workforce planning and staffing ratiosQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition ManagerStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR softwareStrong analytical and decision-making abilities
