You will:Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trialCollaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine firm-wide litigation strategies.Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff by offering guidance, training, and feedback to elevate team performanceStrategically interface with clients, experts, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and manage expectationsDraft, review, and supervise high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materialsTake ownership of timelines, case development, and performance metrics, ensuring high standards and consistent excellenceQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standingMinimum 10 years of litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial)Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloadsA leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talentExceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom advocacy skillsA commitment to professional growth for yourself, your team, and the clientsBenefits:• Benefits package including health, vision, and retirement plan options.• Compensation: $120,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses with growth incentives potentialAbout Company:Red Dirt Legal is a dedicated insurance dispute law firm committed to holding insurance companies accountable and ensuring clients receive the coverage they deserve.
