Program Manager - DoD Security

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Security Cooperation Program. Key Responsibilities Organize, direct, and manage a dispersed team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for U.S. government and partner nation capacity building efforts Oversee the full program lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and contractual requirements Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and collaborate with the Finance Team on cost estimation and vendor management Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project/program management role with the Department of Defense (DoD) 5+ years of program management experience across all program lifecycle phases Proven experience delivering federal services and managing contracts in complex DoD environments Experience with federal contracting processes, including FAR compliance and contract execution Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
