Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing Minnesota-based insurance agency. This role focuses on managing and servicing a portfolio of Commercial Lines clients while supporting the overall efficiency and success of the department through exceptional client care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, delivering high-quality service and supporting long-term client retention.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing policy changes, renewals, and coverage needs.Work closely with internal team members to support day-to-day Commercial Lines operations.Assist with streamlining workflows and improving service processes.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding coverage where appropriate.Support renewal preparation, policy marketing, and carrier negotiations.Maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers to ensure effective placements.Accurately document client activity and maintain files within Applied Epic and carrier platforms.Provide support to team members as needed to ensure timely and efficient service.Take on additional responsibilities to support departmental and agency needs.Qualifications5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license.Working knowledge of Applied Epic (preferred).Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.WhyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Minnesota agency that values client relationships, collaboration, and professional growth.
