Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account ManagerHybrid, Forest Lake, MNMy client is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and help manage a mid-market book of business. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who values accuracy, consistency, and strong internal workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the administrative servicing of a commercial book of business with a strong focus on accuracy and documentationPrepare renewal timelines, exposure summaries, and organized submission packetsProcess endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes in a timely and precise mannerIssue and track Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirementsReview policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to deliveryMaintain clean, well-documented electronic files within the agency management systemMonitor renewal schedules and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal team members to keep workflows moving efficientlyQualifications5+ years of Commercial Lines experienceActive Minnesota Property & Casualty licenseStrong knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' CompDemonstrated ability to manage renewals and service accounts independentlyProficiency with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systemsExperience with Epic is a plusExceptional attention to detail, organization, and time managementMy client offers competitive compensation, a collaborative in-office environment, and long-term growth potential.To apply: Please send your resume to Angie.Overby@gogpac.com or contact Angie at 531-272-8936 for a confidential conversation.Angie OverbySearch Consultant • gpacFinancial Services | InsuranceCall/Text: (531) 272-8936Email: angie.overby@gogpac.comgogpac.com
