Quality Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own product and process quality for the DPU line: inspection standards, CAPA, and supplier quality. *What you'll do:* * Define inspection criteria and quality plans * Run CAPA and root-cause investigations * Manage supplier quality for key components * Own traceability and records systems * Report quality metrics *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years quality engineering in electronics * 8D/CAPA methodology experience * IPC-A-610 knowledge * BS in engineering or equivalent Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
