Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a background in marketing operations, preferably within the global demand center or tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, and strong communication skills. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll-out, and other non-IT based projects.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to achieve goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing communications, economics, public relations, or equivalent experience.Preferred Experience:3-5 years in program management.3-5 years in marketing operations.3-5 years with strong communication skills.About BrickRed Systems:BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
