Personal AssistantAre you naturally organized, dependable, and energized by helping things run smoothly behind the scenes?We're looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide personal and household support to the President of a prominent philanthropic foundation. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is based in Naples, FL, and offers some flexibility, with occasional evening or weekend availability as needed. The role also requires in-person support at the President's home twice per week, year-round.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll use your exceptional judgment, discretion, and proactive thinking skills to assist in managing a UHNW and busy President. Day-to-day tasks could vary but primarily you'll:Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and calendarsCoordinate personal travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerariesHandle errands, purchases, returns, and general personal logisticsOversee household needs, including vendors, service providers, and maintenance schedulingAssist with gifting, special occasions, and personal eventsMaintain organization of personal information, contacts, and household recordsAct as a reliable point of support for day-to-day personal and household needsAnticipate upcoming needs and proactively help keep things running smoothlyWho You Are5+ years as a Personal Assistant to high-net-worth leaders/C-suitePolished yet approachableEntrepreneurial mindset- sees what needs to be done and does itA master of organization and time management, thriving in fast-paced environmentsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling toolsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDiscreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent- you understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalismAdaptable and solution-focused, ready to pivot when priorities shiftPassionate with a positive outlook, eager to support a purpose-driven leader
