Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer / UI Lead with strong hands-on experience in ReactJS-based UI design and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern, scalable front-end applications and the ability to lead a UI team, collaborate across functions, and drive high-quality user experiences. This role requires strong technical expertise as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable UI components using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScriptLead and mentor the UI/front-end development teamOwn UI architecture and ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainabilityCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managersTranslate business and design requirements into high-quality, maintainable codeOptimize applications for performance, speed, and responsivenessConduct code reviews and enforce front-end coding standardsParticipate in testing, debugging, and performance tuningCoordinate UI development activities and ensure timely deliveryStay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and/or other modern UI frameworksAt least 2+ complete UI design & development project implementationsStrong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web designExperience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React QueryFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handlingExperience with Git or other version control systemsStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to lead a UI teamExcellent communication and coordination skills CompetenciesUI Architecture & DesignFront-End LeadershipPerformance OptimizationCross-Functional CollaborationAgile Development Practices Preferred SkillsExperience with SSR and SSG using Next.jsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, ConfluenceExperience with UI testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
