You will operate at the intersection of commercial engagement, account strategy, and stakeholder management, helping grow partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and operational teams.Working closely with Immensa’s commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account LeadershipOwn and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts within Energy and asset-intensive industriesBuild trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teamsManage complex organisational dynamics across large industrial customersLong-Term Account GrowthDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectivesIdentify and prioritise expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use casesGrow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long‑term customer trust and partnershipCustomer Value & AdoptionEnsure customers fully adopt and maximise the value of their Digital Inventory programmesCoordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deploymentsMaintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and evolving operational challengesExecutive Engagement & GovernanceSupport senior‑level discussions, reviews, and planning sessions with customer leadershipManage relationships across complex, multi‑layered organisationsHelp resolve customer issues and coordinate internal resources when neededGather and synthesise account intelligence to identify strategic growth opportunitiesContribute to prioritisation of expansion opportunitiesMaintain disciplined forecasting and account planning processesRequired Experience & Background5–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account rolesExperience working with large organisations in Oil & Gas industryProven ability to develop and expand enterprise relationshipsComfortable navigating complex stakeholder environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly DesirableExperience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare partsFamiliarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operationsExperience supporting multi‑site enterprise customersSkills & AttributesExceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrategic thinker able to prioritise long‑term growth opportunitiesStrong commercial judgement with a partnership-first mindsetStructured and disciplined in account planning and forecastingComfortable navigating complex organisational environmentsPatient, resilient, and able to build trust over long enterprise cyclesWhat Success Looks LikeStrong trusted relationships established with enterprise customersSuccessful adoption and expansion of Digital Inventory programmesGrowth of account revenue and share of walletRecognition by customers as a trusted operational partnerWhy Join Immensa?Work on mission‑critical industrial challenges with global industry leadersBe part of shaping the future of Digital Inventory and distributed manufacturingOperate at the intersection of technology, operations, and industrial transformationJoin a growing company with global ambition and meaningful impactJ-18808-Ljbffr
