Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary Attend staff meetings and training sessions Join Our Mission! Qualifications: HS Diploma Experience working with children (personal/professional) WA state driver's license Insured, reliable transportation Ability to travel to Lynnwood for training Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs Ideal Candidates: Individuals who love working with children Bilingual? AWESOME!
