About Us: Tuggle Designs was born of the mutual passion for one-of-a-kind, handcrafted jewelry from husband-and-wife team Matthew and Lauren Tuggle. Our jewelry has a modern take on traditional design, where color and contrast play an important part and influence the direction of each piece. Inspired by patterns and architecture, we place an emphasis on contrast and negative space in our designs. Located in the heart of Bergen Village, Evergreen, our small but mighty team is dedicated to keeping the art of handcrafted jewelry alive and well. Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for a Jewelry Guru & Operations Ninja to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the owners and working closely with our small staff, you'll be a go-to person for ensuring a seamless, cohesive customer experience while juggling a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly. From client interactions to inventory management, and various tasks in between, your role will be integral to maintaining the operational excellence that supports the Tuggle Designs brand. Whether you’re assisting clients, managing inventory, or handling repairs, you do it all with a smile and a sense of purpose. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide an exceptional in-store and online experience. Greet customers, offer assistance, and engage them with our brand story and design ethos. Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, parts ordering, and website updates. Follow existing processes while also suggesting ways to improve them. Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to ensure our display cases look their best. Set up and put away merchandise daily. Quality Control: Inspect and quote jewelry for repair intake. Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking pristine and help with light cleaning duties. Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented Great verbal & written communication Time management Self-motivated and driven Proficiency using email, spreadsheets, researching online, etc Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also being a team player. Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required. Knowledge or experience in the jewelry industry is a plus, but not required.
