The leader will know their team members' strengths, weaknesses, and how-to motivations to get optimal productivity from the team. The Coordinator will need to oversee and support multiple departments.Maintain a high level of understanding of company guidelines, rules, and regulationsAssist in developing strategies for the team to reach their goalsKnowledge to perform all essential duties listed for VAS lead, Quality Control (QC), water-spider.Communicate clear instructions to team members and managementCommunicate with all rolls in Quickbox i.e. E-amil, teams messengerMonitor team members' participation to ensure the training provided is appliedManage daily operationsAssist with Administrative dutiesProblem-Solving within the department as neededComplete all billing.Delegate tasks and set deadlinesQualificationsRequired experience:High school diploma or equivalentUnderstands warehouse functionsStrong data entry and typing skillsDetail orientedUnderstands systematical function on a high level.Experience with CRM's (Customer Relationship Management)Communication Skills: Coordinator will need to communicate efficiently with team and superiorsLeadership Skills: Coordinator will resolve conflicts, keep employees motivated and on-taskCritical-Thinking Skills: Coordinator will determine the right course of actionOrganizational Skills: Coordinator will manage time, employees, and ensure all moving pieces remain in order in the departmentProblem-Solving Skills: Coordinator will define problems, come up with alternatives, assess which is the best course of action and act on itPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge on Microsoft Office programsKnowledge on 3PL programUnderstand all SLA standardsPrior experience leading a team
