itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that support high-impact legal, compliance, and data governance initiatives. This role is critical in driving alignment across engineering, product, and legal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of scalable solutions that enable efficient handling of electronic data for regulatory and litigation needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management and a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with measurable business impact.Location: US RemoteDuration: 9 MonthsWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs involving engineering, product, and legal stakeholdersDefine program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines aligned with business objectivesBuild and manage program roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and dependenciesIdentify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delivery disruptionsDrive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentTrack program progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestonesImprove program processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and execution qualityAdvocate for high standards in technical design, system architecture, and product qualityInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications And Skills7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programsProven experience managing full-stack engineering projects (front-end and back-end) end-to-endStrong expertise in roadmap planning, dependency management, and program executionExperience tracking deliverables, managing tickets, and driving stakeholder communicationsHands-on experience contributing to or supporting UI design initiativesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Qualifications And SkillsBackground as a full-stack software engineerExperience working in fast-paced startup environmentsExposure to data engineering, eDiscovery, or information governance domainsExperience collaborating with legal, compliance, or regulatory teamsEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience requiredCompany DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
