This is a great chance to be part of an awesome team that you can be proud of and truly enjoy, day in and day out!ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environmentEnsure every guest receives warm, attentive, and professional serviceHandle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and effectivelyMaintain a visible presence on the floor during service to support staff and engage with guestsOversee opening and closing procedures and ensure shifts run smoothlyEnsure proper staffing levels for all shiftsOversee reservations, floor plans, and table managementMaintain organization and efficiency across all service areasRecruit, onboard, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staffDemonstrate proven leadership skills with experience leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of multiple managersDevelop managers and front-of-house team membersCoach and mentor team members to uphold service standards and foster growthPromote a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace cultureOversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure service runs smoothly during all shifts, managing flow, pacing, and table turnsCoordinate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service executionOversee inventory, ordering, and product rotationAssist with budgeting, labor control, and cost managementMonitor sales performance and labor metrics to meet financial goalsManage labor costs through scheduling, forecasting, and real-time adjustmentsOversee cash handling, deposits, POS reporting, and daily paperworkSupport budgeting and cost-control initiativesHandle cash management, POS reporting, and daily administrative tasksDemonstrate computer and technical skills, including proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other restaurant management softwareUtilize computer systems to manage scheduling, payroll data, sales reporting, inventory tracking, and daily administrative tasksFormulate, review, and manage budgets and P&L statements, with accountability for financial performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room and service areasSupport menu rollouts, seasonal changes, and staff education in collaboration with Culinary Leadership and Management TeamWork closely with leadership to improve systems and guest experienceStep in to resolve issues during service and support smooth operationsCommunicate effectively with the kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flowAdhere to all food safety, sanitation, alcohol and health department regulationsUphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policiesPerform additional duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant operationsBenefits of working for Harvest401k with Company Match – up to 4% Match and 100% vested once eligibleMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsHarvest Scholarship ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramFlexible ScheduleGrowth and Development OpportunitiesSeasonally-changing MenuCompetitive Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
